Wrapping up 2021

I would like to thank you for your continued support this year. Our products and services are built around helping you and your clients in difficult times.  It may be too early to predict how the pandemic will pan out but what we do know is that we will continue to be here for you.

Having responded to the largest surge in business interruption claims in our history, we know that insurers are increasingly focused on scrutinising claims. As a result, our ‘Expert Help’ has been more in demand and more relevant than ever.

In March, we launched ‘Legal Expert’ in partnership with specialist law firm Wynterhill LLP. A legal service for policyholders where a claim is in dispute, providing access to specialist insurance-focused legal advice with an initial free review and subsequent legal assistance at preferential rates.

In May, we increased our commitment to professionalism and technical competence by achieving the coveted Chartered Insurance Underwriting Agents’ status from the Chartered Insurance Institute, this is in addition to our Chartered Loss Adjuster status.

Through our partnership with Lessonly, we continue to update modules within our popular and interactive online training tool, to ensure our brokers partners can keep pace with product and services training, objection handling, case studies and practical tips.

These developments all feed into our focus on delivering a high-quality service. The benefits of listening to our Broker Partners to understand what they really need, has paid dividends with brokers once again voting us as number one for customer service in the Insurance Times MGA Broker Survey.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very merry Christmas and happy New Year.

Neill Johnstone,

Managing Director.
