Brokers place Lorega at number 1 in the MGA Survey with 5 stars for customer service

Lorega has been awarded a five-star rating for the fifth consecutive year in the Insurance Times MGA Survey and eight consecutive years in total with the previous Broker Service Surveys.  We are delighted with this achievement and being ranked number one out of 31 MGAs by no less than 1,650 brokers is the cherry on top!

Service is at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to consistently deliver the highest levels of support to our brokers by providing a fast response to underwriting queries, relevant and engaging product training sessions, and the best possible claims support when the unexpected happens to their customers.

In the last 12 months, we have continued to invest in our systems capability, making the process of binding cover and reporting claims online as simple and streamlined as possible. We have also invested in our people by hiring new talent or promoting colleagues. We know brokers enjoy and learn from our webinars and training sessions and we will continue to offer these, covering the features and benefits of our products, as well as technical claims topics. We continue to be Chartered Loss Adjusters and also achieved renewal of our Chartered Insurance Underwriting Agents status recognising Lorega’s commitment to technical competence, professional standards, best practice and good customer outcomes. Finally, our broker partners and policyholders saw the benefits of Loss Recovery Insurance in action delivering a continued 95% customer satisfaction during this year and across surge events.

Being consistently recognised for our service excellence over the last five years in the MGA Survey and prior to that being number one in three consecutive Broker Service Surveys has always been a matter of pride for the whole team. Achieving another year of 5-star service success and reclaiming the top ranking is a true team effort.
