Lorega tops MGA Survey for 5-star customer service

Lorega has been awarded a five-star rating for the sixth consecutive year in the Insurance Times MGA Survey — and an impressive nine years in total, including the previous Broker Service Surveys. We’re delighted with this achievement, and being ranked number one out of 28 MGAs by 1,673 brokers is the perfect recognition of our ongoing commitment to exceptional service.

This result is especially meaningful as we celebrate 40 years of Expert Help. Over the past four decades, Lorega has built a reputation for delivering first-class claims expertise, with service at the heart of everything we do. Being consistently recognised for our service excellence by brokers is something we take great pride in.
