Beat the freeze

Welcome to the November edition of Update.

This month we persuaded Neill Johnstone, Our Chief Operating Officer to put down his compliance manual, stop shouting at Loss Adjusters and forget about loss ratios for half an hour to put together Johnstone’s Sporting Corner, a collection of sporting (and loosely associated!) nuggets. Allegedly they are quite funny.

This month in Getting the Order, we are beginning to draw to a close our series of sales advice and tips, by summarising what you have learnt already. We do however have a new series of “sound bite” sales tips starting in the New Year.

Over the last few months we have heard some disturbing stories about uninsured claim handling schemes which can put your Client at great risk. Read more in Uninsured Schemes.
