| Floods Prove Lorega Service | ||||
Dear All, Welcome to our October edition of Update and our main feature highlights the incredible work our Loss Adjusters undertook for your clients after June and July floods. Time and time again they were on site many days or weeks before the insurers representatives, usually within twenty hours. Neill Johnstone, our Operations Director took a few minute’s break from claims work to pen "Flood Crisis”. All our sixty-seven Loss Adjusters have been extremely busy in the past few months, and we are very proud of their response, most Adjusters working every weekend to help your clients. Remarkably, since July, we have seen an up surge in policy sales, so presumably clients who thought it “might never happen to them” have realised claims can occur to everyone. I leave you to read Neill’s own words . We also have our usual feature "Getting the Order", which this month reminds us that listening is so vitally important when sitting in front of our customers. John Sim’s arrival at Lorega has caused quite a stir in the insurance market and in “Read all about it” we have included just some of the column inches this has generated in the insurance trade press.
