It is an on-line claim cost calculator
we have called it the DisasteRater

As well as providing you with a breakdown of how much claims can cost your brokerage each year, it can show your commercial clients what a major loss can cost them in terms of time and money. Key in any example figures you want, print out the table generated and then use it within your Clients’ renewal reviews. This month we have our continuing column, 'Getting the Order' which covers structuring the sales call.

Out and About covers our presence at the recent, very successful BIBA conference at the Excel Centre in London’s Docklands. I think it was the highest attendance ever with over 3,200 attendees visiting over the three days.
