Welcome to our first 2008 edition of Update. We hope you had a very enjoyable Christmas and wish you all a happy and prosperous New Year. For some clients Christmas turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. On Christmas Day and Boxing Day we received notifications of claims and customers were delighted and not a little amazed to find that help was at hand within minutes. For the brokers this demonstrated to their customers unbelievable service, made them clients for life and was great PR which is bound to win them new business as a result. Our adjusters performed magnificently and our thanks go to those who gave up their family celebrations to visit the unfortunate clients who needed them. In January’s edition of Insurance Age our BIBA Loss Recovery Product was independently reviewed in the Product of the Month feature. We were awarded 4 stars which is excellent as the average score for the last 12 products reviewed was only 3.6. There is also an interesting and funny look at the history behind your favourite lunchtime snack. That sandwich might be a lot older than you think! We also have our usual feature ‘Getting the Order’ which looks at Buyer Behaviour. This should be helpful when with your next sales opportunity. As I always say to the team here, every conversation is a potential sales opportunity. |
